Georgia Tech defeated Oklahoma State in the 2004 Final Four to get to their first-ever championship game. Luke Schenscher led the Yellow Jackets’ scoring efforts with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Marvin Lewis added 15 points. Will Bynum had 11 points. Jarrett Jack contributed 10 points and five assists.

Georgia Tech won the ACC Tournament in 2021, as they took down the Florida State Seminoles 80-75. Michael Devoe led the attack with 20 points on 8-of-12 shooting. Jordan Usher and Moses Wright chipped in 15 points apiece. Jose Alvarado had 13 points.

Marbury went on to play 13 seasons in the NBA, as he was a two-time All-Star and two-time All-NBA Third Team honoree. Marbury had stints with the Minnesota Timberwolves, New Jersey Nets, Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, and Boston Celtics.

Chris Bosh was the ACC Rookie of the Year in 2003 and Second Team All-ACC honoree. Bosh established himself as one of the best scoring big men of all-time, as he was an 11-time All-Star, two-time NBA champion, and All-NBA Second Team honoree en route to being inducted into the Hall-of-Fame. Bosh spent his first seven years with the Toronto Raptors before signing with the Miami Heat, joining forces with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

During his four years with the program, Mark Price was a three-time All-ACC First Team selection, an All-ACC Second Team selection, and ACC Rookie of the Year. Price went on to be a four-time NBA All-Star, an All-NBA First Team selection, and a three-time All-NBA Third Team selection. Price spent most of his career with the Cleveland Cavaliers and had stints with the Washington Bullets, Golden State Warriors, and Orlando Magic.

Dennis Scott was named ACC Player of the Year and Sporting News College Player of the Year in 1990, as he was also named to the First Team All-ACC that season. In his first season with the program, he was named the ACC Rookie of the Year. Scott went on to play for the Magic, Dallas Mavericks, Suns, Knicks, Timberwolves, and Vancouver Grizzlies.

Kenny Anderson was a two-time First Team All-ACC during his time with Georgia Tech, including an ACC Rookie of the Year honor. Anderson went on to play 14 seasons in the NBA with stints with the Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Portland Trail Blazers, Celtics, Seattle SuperSonics, New Orleans Hornets, Indiana Pacers, Atlanta Hawks, and Los Angeles Clippers.
