Toronto is, in fact, fresh off a loss against the Calgary Stampeders from the previous week. They were three points away from victory, but they had no answer during their final drive as they fell flat by a score of 22-19.
McLeod Bethel-Thompson is racking up yards like it’s nobody’s business as he passed for over 250 yards and is second place for CFL passing yards!
Bethel-Thompson Performance
During the battle of Ontario versus Hamilton, McLeod Bethel-Thompson has been absolutely electric. He has passed for over 230 yards in each of the games and has been slinging that ball like it’s nobody’s business.
He has still struggled to find the endzone as he only has one passing major in the two games. That has been the sad story for Toronto during this season.
Argonauts Defense
The defense has been like a light switch. They are on or off. Surprisingly, the defense has been less accommodating towards yards during their loss as opposed to their win. The run defense has been near perfect, but the pass defense has been inconsistent.
