The Championship is Heating up
Three Championship contenders currently sit less than 33 points apart from each other. With only six races left in the season, anything can happen in the standings. Check the Moto GP Aragon Prediction.
Currently, Fabio Quartararo sits in first with 211 points, Francesco Bagnaia is in second with 181, and Esparargo is in third with 178 points. Read to find out who my Moto GP Aragon Prediction is!
Gran Premio Aragon Betting Picks
Fabio Quartararo to win
Quartararo has been my most consistent and accurate Moto GP pick this year. His performance has been immaculate all season long, and he will be my winning Moto GP Aragon prediction.
Quartararo has not won a race in four showings, tying his longest drought of the season. Fabio is going to show up this weekend and win.
Zarco top 6
Johann Zarco has had a surprisingly good year this year and has shown why he deserves to be in MotoGP. The French driver has five top 5 finishes in his last seven races.
Zarco also has also finished outside the top ten only once this season and has seven top-five finishes on the year. I expect Zarco to perform well in Aragon and get into the top six.
Espargaro Podium
Aleix Espargo was sitting up in second place for a bit but has come down in the standings after a few performances that left him wanting more. Espargaro will return to his home country of Spain for this race, and I see no reason why he wouldn’t have a fantastic race in front of his home crowd.
Moto GP Race betting trends
Quartararo to win
Fabio Quartararo has been the best driver all season, and there’s no question that the most money has come in on him. He’s been dominant, but not so dominant that he pulls away by a ridiculous manner.
He’s been a great pick all season to win the championship, and Moto GP Aragon odds have him as a -175 favorite to win the 2022 MotoGP championship. I expect him to not only win the race this weekend but to win the MotoGP Championship as well.
Espargaro top 5
Espargaro has been insanely consistent this season. He is the only driver in the field who has finished every race this season, and he only has four finishes outside the top 6. Espargaro is currently a +1000 underdog according to Moto GP Aragon odds.
Bastianini DNF
Bastianini has four DNFs, the most of any rider in the top 8 in the standings. Enea is a great rider, but he needs to get things under control if he expects to have any hope of getting back into the championship.
Jack Miller Podium
Jack Miller has been both consistent and impressive over the last couple of races. In his last seven appearances, Miller has four podiums. This includes three third-place finishes in the last four races.
Luca Marini top 5
Although Luca Marini currently sits in 12th place in the standings due to three DNFs and a mediocre start to the season. Since then, Marini has put together six top ten’s and three top fives in his last eight races. I believe Marini will get it done again this weekend and finish in the top 5.
Moto GP Aragon Prediction
My 2022 Moto GP Aragon Prediction is Fabio Quartararo to win the race. Quartararo has not won in four races, which ties his longest drought of the season.
I fully expect Quartararo to step it up this weekend in Spain and put on a performance for the ages. He needs a big win here to further separate himself from the rest of the pack, and I believe he’ll be able to get it done. The Moto GP Aragon odds have Quartararo as a -175 favorite in this matchup.
Quartararo knows he’s the best driver in the field; he just needs to have a good showing in practice and qualifying to make sure he can get a good jump at the start of the race. If Quartararo pulls out ahead, I have no doubt in my mind that he will cruise to a fairly easy victory.
