MotoGP British Grand Prix Betting Preview and Prediction
Francesco Bagnaia – Ducati
Francesco Bagnaia’s incredible season continues toward a likely Riders’Championship, especially if he maintains his recent form since retiring from the French Grand Prix. Bagnaia has won two of the last three Grand Prix, finishing second in the race he didn’t win while finishing in the top two in the last three Sprint Races.
Bagnaia’s recent form has been consistent throughout the season despite not having a perfect record. Having four wins and finishing in the top two in five of the eight Grand Prix this season, Bagnaia has two Grand Prix retirements and a fifteenth-place finish. However, Bagnaia won the Sprint Race and held the pole position in both races he didn’t finish.
Bagnaia to win the Riders’ Championsionship and the Grand Prix on the British Grand Prix futures should be among your picks for this weekend.
Marco Bezzecchi – Mooney VR46 Racing Team
If Marco Bezzecchi has more weekends as he did at the Dutch TT, he could be a longshot contender to emerge as Bagnaia’s Championship challenger, should something stop the Bagnaia train. Bezzecchi finished second in the Grand Prix and won the Dutch TT Sprint, giving him his fourth top-three Grand Prix finish and three top-two Sprint race finishes this season.
Jorge Martin – Prima Pramac Ducati
Martin has finished in the top five in five consecutive races and six races on the season and is our third candidate to win at Silverstone.
- Pick: Francesco Bagnaia
