Jayson Tatum’s scoring woes were mitigated by his well-rounded performance (12 assists, nine rebounds). Jaylen Brown provided a scoring punch (21 points), while Jrue Holiday emerged as the top scorer for Boston (26 points, 11 rebounds). A clutch block by Derrick White in the dying seconds sealed the win for the Celtics.

Doncic’s triple-double (32 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists) couldn’t mask Dallas’ struggles. Kyrie Irving had an underwhelming night (16 points), highlighting the Mavericks’ desperate need for offensive support. Boston’s stifling defense forced turnovers (10 steals, five blocks) and limited Dallas’ 3-point success (6-of-26).

Defensively, the Boston Celtics stats have been stifling, with the under hitting in four of their last five road games against the Mavericks.
