The Huskies enter this difficult matchup tied for eighth in the CAA as we take a look at the college basketball standings. That’s just above the basement in the conference as Northeastern, along with four other CAA schools, is only one game above the cellar-dwelling Hampton Pirates.
With only five games to play on their regular season slate, the Northeastern Huskies odds of winning the conference are off the table, so in order to qualify for the NCAA Tournament, they’ll have to win the CAA postseason tourney with an improbable run.
