The Prairie View A&M Panthers will take on the UIC Flames for what should be one of the more interesting NCAA basketball games today.
Although neither team has necessarily played too well coming into this game, Prairie View is coming in at 4-5, and UIC is coming in at 6-4.
These teams have shown some promise throughout certain parts of the early season, making for an exciting Tuesday night contest.
Let’s break it down with our Prairie View A&M vs UIC odds and find the best bet we will take in this game.
Prairie View vs. UIC Odds Breakdown
The NCAAB odds coming into this game will see UIC coming in as a 4.5-point favorite. Considering that this game will be played on their home court, it certainly makes sense.
However, it might not be a bad idea to play Prairie View A&M as they have more than enough to get the job done and even possibly win this game outright.
Their money line currently sits at +175, and that’s great value for a team that has shown some promising signs throughout the early season.

Prairie View vs. UIC Betting Preview
This Prairie View A&M Panthers men’s basketball team has played well for certain parts throughout the year, and we have to give them some credit for some of their wins thus far.
They have won on the season against Washington State, Arkansas State, and some other high-level mid-major programs.
Although most of their losses are against all of the good teams that they’ve played, this team wasn’t necessarily expected to be one of the better teams this season.
NCAAB Injury Report
Fortunately for them, their college basketball injury report has been clean, and that’s important for us to know with our Prairie View A&M vs UIC odds.
They have a few college basketball players that we’ll have to watch out for, but the one that I’m going to have my eyes on in this game is Jeremiah Gambrell. Gambrell comes into this room playing great basketball on the season, as he recently just had a 16-point performance against Northwestern.
On the season, he’s played decent basketball on the year as he’s averaging 13.9 points per game.
His efficiency can certainly be better, but he’s played some decent basketball this year, and that’s all they can ask out of him.
UIC Flames’ Odds
The UIC Flames’ odds coming into this game will favor them. However, they can lose this game if they don’t come out and get the job done.
They come into this one playing some average basketball on the year and are recently coming off an impressive 62-56 win against Western Michigan.
The UIC Flames have wins over Jackson State, Trinity Christian, Stone Hill, Green Bay, and a few other high-level mid-major programs.
NCAAB Schedule
Their NCAAB schedule has certainly not given them the benefit of the doubt as they haven’t played too many great teams, but this team still has a shot of being above average this year.
They need to be one of those pesky NCAA basketball teams, and if they can do that, they might find some success this season.
While the college basketball standings haven’t necessarily been favoring either team, as both teams have struggled for the most part this season, we have to make the best bet that we possibly can for this game, and that could be taking either side.
Jace Carter’s Performance
One guy I’m going to be looking for to produce for the UIC Flames is Jace Carter. He comes into this one after an impressive 18-point performance against the Western Michigan Broncos, and he led his team to a victory while playing 37 minutes.
On the season, he’s put up some impressive numbers, as he’s currently averaging 16.5 points per game and shooting 49.6% from the field.
The sophomore guard out of Florida has been one of the country’s more interesting college basketball players and needs only to look to continue that on a Tuesday night.
Prairie View vs. UIC Betting Preview
We are finally here with our Prairie View A&M vs UIC odds, and the best bet in this game that we will be looking at is taking the UIC Flames -4.5.
If this team can come out and continue doing what they’ve been able to do on both sides of the basketball in some of their games, I love them in this spot over Prairie View.
Their most recent game against Western Michigan showed what this team can do on the defensive side of the basketball, and that’s where it’s all going to start for them.
When they’ve lost games this year, they’re totally giving up more than 70 points per game. If they can limit Prairie View to below 65 points, I think this is the perfect opportunity for us to win this bet easily.
NCAAB Pick: UIC -4.5 (-110)
