Alabama and Texas A&M are typically two of the best teams in the entire country. If you’ve been keeping up with the scene throughout the past few seasons with the Alabama Crimson Tide, this team is as good as any team we’ve seen in college football history.
There’s a legitimate argument to be made that what we’re seeing out of Alabama is them being the greatest Dynasty in college football history.
Texas A&M has also had impressive years, but that year might not be this year as they sit at 3-2 on the year.

Alabama Crimson Tide Performance Recap and Analysis
Alabama has been playing incredible football this season, and that’s resulted in them being 5-0 and 2-0 in the SEC. They struggled a bit against the Arkansas Razorbacks in their Week 5 win, but that was because Bryce Young went down with an injury before halftime.
It’s going to be interesting to see if he plays in this game, but if he doesn’t, there’s a real chance that Texas A&M could find a way to sneak out this victory. They brought in a backup quarterback that played well, throwing one touchdown with only nine passes, but again, they need Bryce Young to be the national contender that we have seen in the first five weeks of the season.
This is something that we’re going to be factoring in with our Texas A&M vs. Alabama predictions.
Key Injuries
Right now, Bryce Young is going to be listed on the injury report as day-to-day. This means that we won’t get any updates about him until the following day as head coach Nick Saban will make it known if he’s going to be playing in this game or not.
Betting Trends to Know
Alabama has covered the spread four times in the first five games of the season. The Crimson Tide have a perfect record of 3-0 against the spread record when playing as at least a 24-point favorite, which they will be doing in this game.
Texas A&M Aggies Performance Recap and Analysis
Texas A&M isn’t a bad program by any means, as this NCAAF team has found just as much success as Alabama has throughout the past few years. They just happened to find that successive couple of years before Alabama had. The start of the season for Texas A&M has been a strange one.
They’ve been able to beat some decent opponents, including the University of Miami and Arkansas, but they also have losses to LSU, Appalachian State, and Mississippi State.
The only loss that was necessarily concerning for this Texas A&M Squad was against Appalachian State.
Losing to the Appalachian State Mountaineers isn’t something that Texas A&M should be doing, despite them being an above-average team. If Texas A&M is going to want to turn their season around, the next few weeks are going to be huge for them to do so as they take on Alabama, South Carolina, and Ole Miss.
Their offense has struggled a bit this season, only scoring more than 30 points in one of their first five games of the season. If they want to be better and beat a team like Alabama, scoring only 30 points likely isn’t going to get the job done. Their NCAAF stats aren’t promising thus far.
Key Injuries
At the moment, the Texas A&M Aggies haven’t released an injury report that shows that any of their top players are going to be missing in this game. This again will be updated throughout the next few days, so make sure to look at that before you place your bets.
Betting Trends to Know
Texas A&M Aggies has covered the spread twice and is 3-0 overall in its last three games. Texas A&M has hit the over once in its past three games. Betting trends are always important for us to know for our Texas A&M vs. Alabama predictions.
Texas A&M vs. Alabama Odds
The Texas A&M odds are coming into this game at + 24 on the spread. This totally makes sense, considering how well Alabama has played to start the season. In terms of the Texas A&M money line, they’re going to be coming in at +1300, and the over/under is going to be slotted at 52.
Texas A&M Aggies vs. Alabama Crimson Tide Betting Picks
Moneyline
The best Moneyline bet here would probably be taking Texas A&M with just a couple of dollars because of how big their money line is. If you were to put $5 on them to win this game outright, you would win $70. We don’t suggest putting anything more than $5 on that money line.
Over/Under
When looking at the Alabama games schedule, it’s easy to see that this team can put up points in bunches. The pick here would be taking over 52 points. This means if the game goes a total of 52 points or more, you will win money at -110 odds.
Spread
The best-spread bet in this game would be taking Alabama -24. This means that Alabama would have to at least win by 25 points for you to win your bet. If they win by 24, it would be considered a tie and a push.
Texas A&M Aggies vs. Alabama Crimson Tide Score Prediction
We’re finally here with our Texas A&M vs. Alabama predictions. The best bet here is going to be taking Alabama – 24. The reason for saying this is because Texas A&M has had a difficult time putting points on the board, and with Alabama’s incredible defense, there should be no way that they’re able to score more than 25 here.
With what Alabama has done on the offensive side of the ball this season, scoring nearly 50 points in four of their first five games of the season, it seems likely that they’ll continue finding success.
Even if Bryce Young doesn’t play this game, we could probably get a better line. If you want, we would suggest waiting on this line. If Bryce Young isn’t going to play, play this line at a maximum of -17.
NCAAF Pick: Alabama -24
