3 Players to Watch Dominate Week 2 in the NFL
We have three players that can’t miss this weekend in NFL football. Be sure and check your favorite sportsbook to see if they have any available props for these guys because we are confident they will have huge games.
This week, a quarterback, a running back, and a wide receiver, though we expect a few offensive players to light it up in the highlighted games. Here are 3 Players to watch dominate Week 2 in the NFL.
#1 Matthew Stafford
This one could be evergreen this season. Stafford looked dominant against a rough Bears secondary on Monday Night Football. This week, he faces a Colts defense that isn’t much better.
One could easily take any number of the Rams offensive players in this matchup. We also like Cooper Kupp and Van Jefferson to be target monsters in this game. The Colts allowed 241 passing yards and four touchdowns in Week 1.
Look for Stafford to capitalize on a weak secondary. He will likely finish with more yards and touchdowns than he did in Week 1. Head to sportsbook and find yourself a bunch of prop bets on the Rams offense. It will pay off.
#2 Ja’Marr Chase
This one could’ve easily been Joe Burrow, but we’re going with his favorite Week 1 target. Chase made his NFL debut by grabbing five passes on seven targets for 101 yards and a TD.
Burrow had a monster game in Week 1, putting up 261 yards on 75% passing. Against a Bears defense that we just watched Matthew Stafford pick apart, look for a repeat performance.
The Bears are going to have to choose one of Burrow’s 3 top receivers to key in on. They could all three be number one receivers, but Tyler Boyd is proven, so that who they will likely double up. Take Chase on anything that’s over 99 yards with good odds. He will put up three digits once again.
#3 Nick Chubb
Listen, the Houston Texans are terrible on both sides of the ball. We fully expect the Browns to dominate this game by a wide margin, likely double digits. Baker Mayfield may have a solid first half, but the second half will be all about Nick Chubb.
Chubb put up 103 scrimmage yards against a KC defense that is light years better than the Texans. Not to mention, the Browns will likely spend much of the second half trying to run the clock out after a first-half blowout.
Chubb will put up over 100 yards on the ground alone this week, and he may do the same through the air in the first half. Look for Chubb to put up a minimum of 150 scrimmage yards. We also look for Chubb to put a few in the endzone this week.
Don’t worry about Kareem Hunt’s usage. There should be plenty to go around in this Sunday’s matchup. The Browns win big, and Chubb puts up a monster game. He can’t miss!
