Croatia vs. Brazil Odds
When it comes to the World Cup bracket of best nations, Brazil are right up there at the very top.

Little Canary are always the pre-tournament favorites, and the 2022 edition in Qatar was no different. Brazil are heavily fancied to win this one, with the bookies offering just -275 for the Brazilian win.
Croatia are an unpredictable outfit these days, and Dalic’s boys had done well to reach the knockout phase once again.

Croatia
Croatia are into the last eight of the World Cup despite winning just one of their four matches in normal time in Qatar. In the group stage, the Blazers went through on five points after one win and two draws.
Can the Blazers Cause an Upset in Al Rayyan?
In game one against Morocco at Al Bayt Stadium, the pair played out a goalless draw. Croatia then made light work of Canada in Al Rayyan on matchday two.
The Canadians took a second-minute lead, but two Andrej Kramaric goals and efforts from Marko Livaja and Lovro Majer gave the Blazers a convincing 4-1 win.
Croatia faced off against Belgium in their final Group F game. The Croatians drew 0-0 again, which put them through to the last 16 and knocked the Belgians out.
Japan, who won Group E ahead of Spain and Germany, were waiting in the Round of 16.
A Tight and Tense Affair
As expected, it was a tight and tense affair between two evenly matched teams, and they could not be separated after 120 minutes of soccer in Al Wakrah. Dalic’s troops held their nerve in the shootout to go through.
Croatia have a poor record against South American teams at World Cups, losing four of five. Two of those losses came against Brazil (2006 & 2014).
However, they did beat Argentina 3-0 in the last World Cup. Can Croatia defy the World Cup odds once again? Check out our Croatia vs Brazil prediction and World Cup picks below.

Brazil have lived up to the favorites tag so far, as Tite’s men have won three of their opening four games in Qatar. They won their first two Group G fixtures to reach the Round of 16 with one game to spare.
On matchday one, the Brazilians beat Serbia 2-0 before picking up a narrow 1-0 victory over Switzerland. A second-string side were beaten by Cameroon in game three but Brazil’s job was already done.
