Ricardo Ramos vs. Charles Jourdain Betting Preview
This early on in fight week, the only betting lines available for this bout are the moneyline and over/under. It’s tough to make an intelligent Ramos vs Jourdain prediction without more betting lines to choose from. So make sure you keep an eye on your sportsbook as this week progresses to make the best UFC bets later this week.
Jourdain is coming in as the -144 betting favorite this week, and Ramos is the +124 underdog. The over/under is set at pretty much even odds for 2.5 rounds. There’s no reason to believe these lines will change too much as we get closer to fight night, though.
Style vs. Style
After watching the tape on both of these guys, this fight has all the makings to be an unbelievable one to watch. Ramos has the Capoeira style of martial arts in his background. And will throw a lot of high-flying kicks and spinning techniques. The dynamic style and athleticism is a great style to watch in MMA.
Jourdain comes in with less athleticism, but he makes up for that with his toughness and cardio. He will be more of the plodder, coming forward and trying to sit down on his punches and punish the front leg of Ramos.
The smaller octagon in the APEX is what’s going to turn this fight into a war. Someone is bound to get finished with these two fighting in a phone booth.
Ricardo Ramos vs. Charles Jourdain Betting Prediction
This is just one of those fights where making UFC picks proves to be the toughest thing to do in all of sports betting. You should look at this fight as a 50/50 pick because literally anything can happen. It will depend on who’s coming into Saturday night the healthiest and who had the best weight cut.
- The official Ramos vs Jourdain prediction is that Jourdain wins by TKO in the third round.
This is going to be a back-and-forth battle of toughness and cardio. And the minimal output of energy in the techniques that Jourdain throws will allow him to come on strong in the second or third round when Ramos slows down.
