Top Four
Qualifying for the UEFA Champions League is the second-best thing for teams in the Bundesliga. After winning the league, making it to the biggest competition in Europe comes second, and it is an uphill battle every season. Many top players want to enter the new season playing in Europe.
Therefore, the battle is tough, and most teams crash out even before the season gets to the final phase. It is not easy, and we believe that it will continue to be tough every new season because there is a lot of incentive to want to enter the UCL.
In that case, many teams increase their recruitment and ensure that they are prepared for the new season.
Other European Spots
Aside from the UCL, there are other competitions teams from the Bundesliga can enter, and these are left for the ones that fall into the 5th, 6th, or 7th places.
It has been pretty exciting because it gives more teams something to fight for, and since some teams can’t compete with the top teams, they can still make it to Europe.
The mid-table teams have something to fight for, and as a result, if they can avoid falling too low to the bottom, they can fight for a spot in Europe.

Relegation
Finally, it is an uphill battle to stay at the top for as long as possible in teams. Teams find a way to hold on to being in the top 18 teams for another season.
Therefore, the battle to avoid relegation is always tough, and we think it offers one of the most exciting showdowns close to winning the league. Therefore, it is what many teams would like to avoid.
