The 13th-ranked BYU Cougars will travel to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Saturday night to take on the USC Trojans in a non-conference matchup. The Cougars are 9-2 this season and are riding a four-game winning streak after going on the road and defeating the Georgia Southern Eagles 34-17.
Sophomore quarterback Jaren Hall is 17-of-29 for 312 yards with two touchdowns. The Trojans are 4-6 this year and are coming in on a two-game losing streak after losing at home against the UCLA Bruins 62-33. Backup quarterback freshman Jaxson Dart got the start and finished 27-of-47 for 325 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.
BYU at USC Betting Analysis
On the BYU Cougars side
Sophomore running back Tyler Allgeier has been playing extremely well this year as he has recorded 228 rushing attempts for 1,303 yards (5.7 yards per rush) with 18 rushing touchdowns as well as 21 receptions for 152 yards (7.2 yards per catch). In his last game against Georgia Southern, he finished with 25 carries for 136 yards (5.4 yards per attempt) with a rushing touchdown and a two-yard catch.
The BYU Cougars have been a pretty good defensive program this season as they are allowing 23.6 points per game. In their previous game against the Georgia Southern Eagles, BYU gave up 17 points on 268 total yards of offense (122 passing, 146 rushing).

The USC Trojans have veteran experience with senior running back Keaontay Ingram in the backfield. He is listed as questionable with an upper-body injury. Ingram currently has 156 rushes for 911 yards (5.8 yards per carry) with five rushing touchdowns as well as 22 catches for 156 yards (7.1 yards per reception). In his last game against UCLA, he had 17 carries for 96 yards (5.6 yards per rush) and three receptions for 39 yards (13 yards per catch).
The USC Trojans are struggling on the defensive side of the football as they are giving up 32.2 points per game. In their previous games against the UCLA Bruins, USC allowed 62 points on 609 total yards of offense (349 passing, 260 rushing).
The Trojans were not able to get stops as the Bruins went 6-of-9 on third down tries. They need to get stops as UCLA was able to average 15.9 passing yards per attempt and 5.9 rushing yards per carry.
