The Milwaukee Bucks (42-26) make the trip out west to Utah as they prepare to take on the Jazz (42-25) in a Monday evening NBA affair.
Milwaukee defeated Atlanta last week before losing to Golden State on Saturday night by a final score of 122-109. However, the Bucks have still won seven of their past ten games and will look to rebound on Monday in Utah.
The Utah Jazz bounced back from a two-point loss in San Antonio against the lackluster Spurs by taking care of business at home against Sacramento. Utah is now 6-4 in their last ten contests.
Utah defeated Milwaukee on the road in their only previous head-to-head matchup by a final score of 107-95. The Bucks enter play sitting in third place in the East while the Jazz are presently in fourth place in the West.
Tip-off is scheduled for 10:00 P.M. EST at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Looking at the Milwaukee Bucks Stats
Milwaukee has played well over the past two weeks, even though they are coming off of a loss at the hands of Golden State. However, it should be noted that Klay Thompson posted a season-high 38 points in the win while Jordan Poole chipped in 30. And when Thompson gets hot from beyond the arc, there is not a whole lot that a defense can do to slow him down.
Giannis Antetokounmpo performed well in the loss with 31 points and eight rebounds. Khris Middleton added 18 points and six assists. The Bucks only turned the ball over four times as well.
On most nights, their effort would have led to a win. But Golden State’s offense caught fire, and the Warriors were able to earn the victory.
But overall, this is a very talented Bucks team that is still playing well as of late. Defeating the Jazz in Utah will be far from a simple task, but the Bucks will look to get the job done. They have been solid on the road as well, with an 18-14 record.
Looking at the Utah Jazz Stats
Utah did not defeat the Kings at home as easily as they may have liked, but they were able to earn the victory. However, the game turned into a high-scoring shootout that saw the Jazz walk away with a 134-125 victory. The Kings remained competitive because of an amazing effort from De’Aaron Fox, who dropped 41 points in the game.
But the Jazz featured a balanced attack that saw two starters score over 20 points, with Donovan Mitchell posting 25 points and Bojan Bogdanovic posting 26 points. But the real story is with Jordan Clarkson, who exploded for 45 points on 15-21 shooting from the field to go along with seven three-pointers.
Clarkson’s effort was crucial for the Jazz’s victory, as he out-dueled Fox to lead Utah to the win.
The Jazz finished with an impressive 55.8 field goal percentage and a 39 percent three-point percentage. Their efficient scoring ultimately led them to victory since their defense could not contain Fox and the Sacramento offense.
Utah will hope to provide more defensive pressure against a lethal Milwaukee offense. If they cannot contain Giannis and Middleton, it could be a long night for the Jazz.

Milwaukee Bucks at Utah Jazz Prediction
The majority of top sportsbooks list Milwaukee as an extremely narrow road favorite. But this is truly anybody’s game for the taking.
Utah is more than capable of upsetting this spread at home, but Milwaukee has been the better team as of late.
While I could see this one going either way, go ahead and roll with the Bucks as the road favorite on Monday night.
