We have a fun Monday Night Football matchup as the Miami Dolphins will travel to the Caesars Superdome to take on the New Orleans Saints in a non-conference matchup.
The Dolphins are riding a six-game winning streak and are 7-7, while the Saints are riding a two-game winning streak as they are also 7-7. These teams are trying to make a Wild Card push in opposite conferences, so this should be a good game.

Miami Dolphins Preview: Keep Finding Ways to Win
This Miami offense has not had those blowout games this season as they are averaging just 20.4 points per game. A big reason is a fact that the Dolphins have not been able to rely on a consistent running game since it is averaging 86.6 rushing yards per game.
Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has been leading the charge as he has a great connection with Tua as he has 86 receptions for 849 yards with four touchdown receptions.
The Dolphins have been a pretty good defensive team as they are giving up 22.3 points per game. They are doing a solid job at limiting the opposing running game as they are allowing 103.7 rushing yards per game. In their previous game against the New York Jets, they gave up 102 rushing yards.
New Orleans Saints Preview: Time to Write the Book
The Saints are playing decently well offensively as they are scoring 22.4 points per game. However, they will depend on rookie quarterback Ian Book, who has not attempted a single pass attempt in the NFL, so they have to depend on running back Alvin Kamara to control the offense.
He has 184 carries for 668 rushing yards with four rushing touchdowns, as well as 38 catches for 348 yards with four receiving touchdowns.
The defense for New Orleans is the reason why they are still able to be competing for a playoff spot, as they are allowing 20.4 points per game. They are giving up just 96.6 rushing yards per game, so they have been able to focus on the passing defense more often.
They are looking to build off of last week’s defensive showing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where they were able to force a shutout.
Who to Bet on Dolphins at Saints
The Miami Dolphins are currently listed as just a two-point road favorite in this game against a depleted New Orleans Saints team. New Orleans is dealing with key players missing this game as the Saints are down to their fourth-string quarterback as well as having offensive linemen and safety Malcolm Jenkins missing this game.
The difference here is going to be the defenses as the Dolphins are allowing 14 points in their previous five games while the Saints are giving up 21.4 points in their last five games.
Miami is 5-1–1 against the spread in their last seven games, so go with the Dolphins to cover the spread.
