So without further ado, let’s jump into our breakdown of Valorant VCA 2023 odds.
Contenders
NAOS Esports
NAOS Esports exit the group stages in a great position. They won three of their four series in Group A, good for a +16 rounds won differential. The team has been battle-tested leading up to this tournament, as they are coming off of a best-of-five victory in the Phillipines Challenger League over Oasis.
The squad is especially deadly when playing on Ascent, which is the most common map at this tournament. They have yet to drop a single game in four matches on Ascent. Watch out for SenyorCarl, who has averaged a 1.11 rating on Brimstone in the past three months.
DPlus
DPlus have gone through a tough gauntlet in the Korean challengers’ leagues to arrive here. Their tough domestic competition has bled into their performance at this tournament, as they currently lead the competition in Average Combat Score (ACS) at 209.77.
DPlus were defeated in convincing fashion to Bonkers in their first match of the tournament but have since rallied to defeat Orangutan and Bleed in consecutive matches. Watch out for Esperanza, who is a Killjoy specialist with five games played on the agent so far. There is also a superstar in the making in Estrella. He has an astonishing 1.49 agent score on KAY/O over the past three months, including a dominant 271 ACS performance against Orangutan.
Underdogs
SCARZ
Valorant VCA 2023 odds offer tons of good options and Japanese side SCARZ is a potential dark horse that could sneak into the grand finals. They posted two dominant performances against Orangutan and Bonkers, with each series ending in a 2-0, before falling to Bleed after a 14-12 Game 3.
Russian import Kr1stal has looked impressive on both Fade and Sova so far, with agent ratings of 1.14 and 1.11 on average, respectively. Despite two losses against Bleed, Fade’s K/D ratio on Fade is positive.
Fellow Russian Jemkin has been even more impressive, with Jett and Raze being his favorite agents. His breakout performance against Orangutan on Jett saw him rack up a 1.81 rating in a match that SCARZ win by a differential of +16.
Bleed Esports
Singaporean side Bleed Esports have done an excellent job of staying competitive in this tournament. They hold the second-highest ACS at the tournament, with a 207.8 score that is just one point behind Dplus.
However, they have their work cut out for them. They barely scraped by group bottom feeders Orangutan and needed two maps to go to 14 wins against SCARZ. Star player Juicy has been shining on Raze, including two games with 1.69 and 1.57 ratings against Orangutan and Scarz, respectively.
Bleed had a lot of potential, but it remains to be seen if they can survive the knockout stages and upset the Valorant odds.
Final Prediction
According to the recent Valorant esports stats, the best bet is to go with the NAOS Esports to deliver!
