MLB September 11th Parlay: Betting on Baseball Action

There are just three weeks remaining in the 2023 MLB season, and this is going to be the best time of the season. With playoff races heating up in both leagues, there are so many games that really matter every single day that baseball is played.

Even though football is back in action, you simply can’t forget to wager on baseball at times as well. Baseball provides a great chance to put together a parlay, and keeping that to three to five legs is going to be the key.

Here is a look at three games that you should include in your MLB Monday parlay, and all three matchups will feature playoff contenders.

Chicago Cubs -180 vs. Colorado Rockies

The Chicago Cubs are trying to surprise everyone and reach the 2023 postseason, and the next stop on their journey is a matchup with the Colorado Rockies in Colorado. It’s been another long year for the Rockies, and the Cubs should have an advantage all series long.

The Cubs have put up some tremendous MLB team stats on offense since the All-Star Break, and Cody Bellinger is leading the charge. Chicago will have rookie Jordan Wicks on the mound in this game, and he has been great in his career as well.

MLB games that are played in Coors Field typically feature a ton of offense, and that’s going to play right into the hands of the Cubs in this one. Chicago comes into this series with some momentum on offense, and that is going to carry over into this matchup with the Rockies.

Texas Rangers vs. Toronto Blue Jays -145

The Texas Rangers and Toronto Blue Jays have been ruining MLB picks and parlays all season long as they just continue to be wildly unpredictable. Both teams are currently in the hunt for a Wild Card berth in the AL, but each team has some work to get done.

Texas comes into this series having won two straight over the Oakland Athletics, but they were playing bad baseball before those two wins. The Rangers are sitting at 78-64 on the year, and they are starting to fall off the pace in the AL.

Toronto has won four of their last five games to get to 80-63 on the year, and they are coming into this series with a ton of momentum. The Blue Jays can really slug, and they are about the only team in the league as powerful as Texas.

You never really know what you will get from either team in this game, but the Blue Jays do have the better pitcher on the mound. Chris Bassitt has gone 14-7 with a 3.69 ERA on the year, and that should give them the edge.

Miami Marlins vs. Milwaukee Brewers -1.5

The MLB schedule is full of big games in the National League, and there is a huge series that is set to start in Milwaukee on Monday night. The Brewers will be hosting the Miami Marlins, and this game is going to impact the playoff race in a major way.

The MLB odds on the moneyline in this game favor Milwaukee Breew , and that makes sense when you see that Brandon Woodruff is on the mound. Woodruff has gone 4-1 with a 2.30 ERA since returning from injury, and he always gives his team a chance to win a game.

Miami is trying to get into the postseason as a Wild Card team this season, but they haven’t been able to find enough offense throughout the year.

This is going to be another tough matchup for that team, and it’s hard to see them doing enough scoring to win this game.
