The New York Jets will take on the New York Giants at 1 p.m. on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in the biggest preseason NFL matchups.
Both New York teams will be looking to maintain rhythm and momentum, as well as earn bragging rights. Most importantly for both teams, though, do not allow more injuries to occur, as both New York football teams have had unfortunate injuries to star players this preseason.

The New York Jets come into the game undefeated with a 2-0 record in the preseason, defeating both the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons so far on the year.
The New York Giants also come into the game undefeated with a 2-0 record, defeating both the New England Patriots and the Cincinnati Bengals. This will be both teams’ final preseason game.
Last season, Both teams were terrible. The Jets and Giants both ended their seasons with a 4-13 record and are looking to improve on miserable seasons.
The Jets are coming off a 24-16 win over the Atlanta Falcons. Quarterback Chris Streveler Led the way for the Jets, throwing for 119 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, as well as running for 33 yards.

The New York Giants have looked great in pre-season, most notably backup quarterbacks Tyrod Taylor and Davids Webb have looked as though they could make an argument for a starting position over starter Daniel Jones.
Of course, that will not happen, but it does give the Giants a good chance to win this matchup. Jones would likely play less time than Taylor and Webb, and it will all fall down on the battle of the backups.
